I cannot praise Jonathan highly enough. He achieved a fantastic price for my elderly mother’s house but, more importantly, his professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy were outstanding. One of the best things about him was that he always replied to messages almost instantly and he could not have been more accommodating to my mother’s wishes. He arranged viewings in blocks to minimise disruption and accompanied every single viewing personally, which meant a great deal to Mum. Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond in helping with things that were not strictly within an estate agent’s remit. Having a constant, capable and reassuring presence throughout the selling process was wonderful and the service was far beyond anything I have ever experienced with larger, corporate agencies.

Thank you’ seems totally inadequate for all your advice, help and support, but the need for a first-class agent has rocketed in our eyes and we will forever be grateful.
