Waqar Hasan was CEO of his own brokerage company – Waqar Hasan Real Estate LLC – specialising in the sale and acquisition of residential and commercial estates. He also ran a management company, Itihad Community Management, specialising in commonhold management. Established in 2010, Itihad Community Management earned a strong reputation for managing community associations. Waqar is also an author and real estate trainer and acts as Vice Chair of the Dubai Real Estate Brokerage and Property Management Group, a non-profit organisation set up by the Dubai Chambers and Dubai Land Department for industry representation.
